Approval for dog handling retraining programme.

Watchdogs : 04 April, 2008  (Company News)
British MoD confers CTP approval on dog handling company, Watchdog, for re-training of ex-service personnel.
Approval for dog handling retraining programme.
Watchdogs, a UK provider of security dog services, has been awarded CTP approval.

CTP (Career Transition Partnership) is a Ministry of Defence initiative to provide a range of services to retiring service personnel which includes training for alternative employment.

Philip Hingle, a Director of Watchdogs and a NTIPDU Instructor said: "Obtaining CTP approval means that we have become an approved training centre for the Ministry of Defence and as such we can offer specialist training courses covering dog handling for drugs, firearms and explosives searches as well as GP protection handling. We are very proud to have achieved this approval from the Ministry of Defence for whom we have been providing search dogs for some time."
