3D Vision Technology Discussed at Technology Day Hosted by Multipix Imaging
Multipix Imaging has held a very successful Technology Day in Oxford where they presented the latest 3D vision technologies to colleagues within the machine vision industry. As advances in 3D vision reach new heights, systems integrators, OEM's and end-users are clearly eager to learn more. All seats where taken as MVTec, world leading software developers, showed how easily and simply Halcon 9.0 image processing software produces 3D solutions. Utilising these latest tools can add a new dimensions to applications that where simply not possible before.

MVTec successfully programmed within Halcon's HDevelop throughout their presentations, allowing delegates to witness the powerful development environment offered as part of the HALCON software package. Tried and tested, Halcon 9.0 provides an extensive library of more than 1300 operators with outstanding performance for blob analysis, morphology, pattern matching, measuring, 3D object recognition, and binocular stereo vision, to name just a few. The day proved that Multipix Imaging not only have a great understanding of the software themselves but are also fully supported by MVTec, allowing for customer technical support that is second to none.

Julie Busby, Head of Sales at MultiPix Imaging stated 'The day was a great success, attended by many companies, all with a desire to learn more about the latest developments in machine vision technology. I am very pleased that Multipix Imaging continues to lead the way in customer education and support, which was clearly valued by all attendees'
