Frost & Sullivan has awarded Avigilon with the 2010 Global Frost & Sullivan Award for New Product Innovation, based on its recent analysis of the video surveillance market.
Each year, Frost & Sullivan presents this award to the company that has demonstrated innovation in developing a product and leveraged leading edge technologies to offer value-added features while increasing the ROI for customers. Avigilon Control Centre 4.0 was chosen for the award for its open, modular design which offers support for third-party IP cameras and analogue encoders, resulting in an enterprise-class Network Video management software (NVMS) platform for building hybrid surveillance systems and preserving existing assets cost effectively.
