2020 Vision to supply maintenance services to the Gateshead MetroCentre CCTV network to ensure continuous operation of surveillance system.
North East CCTV specialists 2020 Vision are celebrating after being awarded a prestigious contract to service and maintain the vast CCTV network covering Gateshead’s MetroCentre. The MetroCentre, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe currently houses over 300 retailers, 50 cafes and restaurants and several leisure attractions. It has provided security in a diverse range of environments such as hospitals, casinos, universities, sports stadia, government offices and even a seabird island. It currently has an annual turnover of £3.5 million and aims to make itself a £10 million business inside five years. The company has recently expanded into Yorkshire and the North West region by opening a new office in Huddersfield.
