Social networking sites seeks additional network security and Traffic Engineering for the protection of its users with Arbor Networks
Arbor Networks has announced that Netlog, Europe’s premier social networking portal, has deployed the Arbor Peakflow SP platform (“Peakflow SP”) for greater network visibility and to enhance its protection against distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, botnets, worms and other network vulnerabilities. Netlog has more than 34.3 million members throughout Europe, is available in fifteen languages, and has more than 150 million visits per month.
