Secerno.SQL Agile is a data stream analysis tool for virtual platforms enabling penetration and compliance testing on VMware

Secerno has announced the launch of its Secerno.SQL Agile data stream analysis tool, powered by the company’s patent-pending SynoptiQ technology, on the VMware server platform.

Secerno.SQL Agile provides SQL data stream analysis for a granular level of database activity that is invaluable for penetration testers, security consultants and compliance auditors as it exposes the ways that applications and users access databases and interact with data.

The solution improves the efficiencies of data audits by analysing and grouping database requests into areas of similar intent designed to provide a fine-grained, powerful view of data access, interactions and unusual requests. Secerno.SQL Agile highlights anomalous data access such as authenticated users carrying out unauthorised activity, non-compliant access to data, changes to data or unauthorised access to sensitive data such as credit card numbers.

“Secerno.SQL Agile brings a much needed solution to organisations seeking to undertake or deliver comprehensive data stream analysis showing exactly how data is being accessed,' said Steve Hurn, CEO of Secerno “With this release, we continue our commitment to delivering award-winning database activity monitoring and security solutions designed to meet the needs of organisations today.”

Secerno.SQL Agile is available on the VMWare Server Platform, with prices starting from $29,000 / GBP 16.5K.
