Financial service provider contract to include disaster recovery

Contract with MGM Advantage to cover communications, support and disaster recovery services supplied by ADA Technology Services


ADA Technology Services has been awarded a multi-year managed service contract worth in excess of £1 million by specialist financial services provider, MGM Advantage. The agreement covers a comprehensive range of strategic technology solutions including disaster recovery, data communications and support services.

ADA has worked with MGM Advantage (previously MGM Assurance) for several years, and this latest contract will consolidate and enhance the broad range of business solutions offered by ADA into a single master service agreement. The announcement comes as MGM Advantage reaches the end of a comprehensive rebranding and repositioning programme, including the creation of a next generation online service.

Implementing only the most rigorously tested business support technologies, ADA enables its clients to achieve greater efficiency, productivity and predictability; reducing risk, controlling costs and driving profits in all areas of business activity. With specialist expertise in the banking and financial services sector, ADA is working closely with MGM, building productivity and efficiency gains into the company’s systems and processes and enabling it to reach its medium and long term development goals.
