Emergency broadband connection enables businesses to maintain continuity in the event of internet connection failures

Trust Networks has developed a new Emergency Broadband service that gets businesses up and running within hours if their broadband fails. The service provides fast, secure wireless broadband wherever there is a mobile signal.

For most businesses the loss of their internet connection results in lost revenue and customers. Today in the current challenging economic climate, a loss of broadband services will have an even greater impact on businesses with companies struggling to keep down costs and retain their customers.

Nicholas Archer of Gyoury Self Partnership says of the service “When an office move robbed us of BT and broadband connections we were facing considerable difficulties. No longer able to communicate with customers our business was coming to a standstill, whilst our stress levels were running high. Our reputation was on the line. That’s when Trust Networks stepped in and saved the day, providing broadband and email access for the office within hours.”

Nicholas Archer added “This service is a must for any company that is serious about protecting their business and customers when your usual broadband access fails. Their unique service saved our business an immense amount of both time and money.”

“Our emergency service is designed to provide businesses with a fast, simple and cost effective way of ensuring continuity of access to a fast and secure broadband service” says Paul Robson of Trust Networks. “Our engineers will be with you in hours and are then able to restore broadband and email access to your offices the same day', he added. Currently the service is available to companies based in London and the South East but they are looking to expand this service nationally in the medium term.
