ADT is part of the Tyco group and supplies a range of intruder alarms, CCTV systems, access control systems and EAS devices for both the home and business markets..

ADT intruder alarms include discrete detection devices built into a system that is designed specifically for the premises to be protected. When triggered, the alarms produce a local audible signal and a remote alert picked up by ADT’s monitoring service.

EAS or Electonic Article Surveillance is an ideal method of reducing retail shrinkage. ADT’s Sensormatic EAS tags currently offer high levels of item protection in the retail industry and are available in electro-magnetic form or radio frequency identification (RFID).

ADT also offers an EAS variant called source tagging for high value or high risk items whereby the tag is inserted during manufacture. This offers improvements in terms of inventory management throughout the supply chain and also tracking and theft protection in retail outlets with reduced labour costs for tagging items at the point of sale.

ADT’s CCTV service includes the specification and installation of CCTV systems from its supplier partners and includes the ability to integrate CCTV with other security systems.

ADT’s access control systems can be deployed in small, medium or large enterprises and includes card readers and control software.

ADT complements its range of security systems with RFID expertise which can be deployed within the enterprise as an inventory control and management tool.
